My interview was structured around my experience.
Paired sourcing round was all about showcasing my sourcing skills on LinkedIn. Was asked to source using LinkedIn platform. How do I organize my search, how to source diversity candidates, etc.
Experience with technology
The Recruiter did not engage in dialogue and asked me to go over my experience and ended the conversation with 'is there anything else I can answer for you." She seemed like she didn't care and had no interest in speaking with me. I couldn't possibly see how I could've move forward given how rigid she was. How are you extracting anything worthwhile interviewing like this? Completely waste of my time.
