Tell me about yourself beyond your resumé Why Picnic? What would be some of the main challenges to work through as a sourcer? In which ways can we be creative in our sourcing methods? (I never really received any difficult questions, rather they were always related to topics I had already addressed and served more as an invitation to talk about them more in depth. The difficulty lay in the assignment for sure, and the amount of rounds of interviews.)
