Mission Our mission is ambitious and simple: to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever.
We want Supercell teams to set high ambitions to contribute to this dream, so let's break it down:
As many people as possible: Teams should try to design games (and subsequent content/updates/etc) to attract and retain the widest possible audience. We mean that we want to make games for very large, diverse player communities and we also try to expand the audience for otherwise smaller "niche" game concepts. We are often not reflective of that broad audience ourselves, as many of us are lifelong gamers. When we make things, we need to create them for our wide audience, not just ourselves.
Play for years: Teams should strive to make games that could be played for 10+ years. That means designing games with the long-term player experience in mind. It also means that operating these games every day for years is key, bringing new content and experiences to our players.
Remembered forever: We should work to bring players together into new, innovative, memorable experiences no one has played before. We should strive to create lovable, unforgettable characters and worlds. We should ask ourselves: "are we building something that could be important?
