      Company was a great place to work while it was growing. Employees were treated with respect and nurtured. Had Great opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Company is now a shell of its former self. Pay is bad for the area. Design decisions are made by CEO and causes trouble for the designers plans. Many layoff periods. Work/life balance can be a challenge.

      As a team we want to create great games, that are not just rushed out on the market. Every opinion is heard, and followed through if there is reason for it Everyone gets the chance to work on everything they would like to work on Avoid crunch policy Bonus program

      The Berlin studio is fairly new, be prepared to run into kinks and nooks as gears are not yet running smoothly. It is left to the team members to form the team spirit. Expectations are not communicated well and leads to false or too high expectations.
