      Pros

      Flexible work schedule Yearly bonus if unit performs pay is average for industry don't be fooled by permissive vacation

      Cons

      read the title...least diverse place I have ever worked it is very sad the good ole boys make sure to keep themselves employed you'd be hard pressed to find someone under 50 that works there it is a typical corporate cesspool the amount of turnover is very high managers are not held accountable for their teams performance ABB lies to customers and treats them like they are superior to them

      Very ideal for Lazy people... If you are Skill less and lazy and dont expect much from life you will LOVE it here, you will fit in as 90% of the company is skill-less and lazy with no drive and initiative

      No growth for company or individuals.. Join only if you want to become a rock

      good office location some really cool people working there

      depends, where you end up in finance, there are few cool areas if you are lucky, but as a rule of thumb: heavily imbalanced workload, especially during closings management who is not able to really drive things and make changes happen huge imbalance of power GBS vs. markets (forget about changing things) lack of respect towards employees ABB values active only on paper, not in practice
