Global network provides a good learning opportunity. Exposure to a lot of new skills due to limited people to do the work.

Cons

Does not promote women or have any work-life balance. Diversity plan is lacking.

Pros

Training program is moderately effective. Large company with potential positions in various locations. Expense accounts are given to all.

Cons

Management can be unprofessional and indirect. Communication is near nonexistent. The sales team oversells the limits of the team as a whole. You are also expected to relocate as needed. Hiring staff oversell and over-promise to new hires. Being a part of a large company, your opinions don't get heard and you get overlooked. Travel is unscheduled and can deter a functional lifestyle. Company programs, such as sales leads and service management, often reduce the quality of work you are able to provide.
