      Under staffed, over managed.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Interesting work. Multiple locations (global) Growing company. Diversity in job selections. Plenty of travel if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and getting worse. To much travel. No merit raises or promotions. Get it coming in. Company is constantly changing, new bosses/management, hard to function from year to year.

      Pros

      On job training, relative stability, well-defined work responsibilities, fairly good benefits, fair amount of freedom in the workplace, clean facility.

      Cons

      Dinosaur, top-heavy, incompetent management structure. Rigid, risk-averse company culture, which results in year after year loss of market share to competition. A "Good Ole Boy" club mentality, incompetent middle management unappreciative of technical skills of new employees.

      - Flexible timings at Corporate Research centers. - Weekly 5 working days only. Even for manufacturing locations - You could take leave whenever you want.

      Cons

      - Package is good when you enter into the company. After that forget about that. - Every year single digit increment for 90% of the employees - Correction once in 3 or 4 years wont happen. - No focus on all division's R&D projects
