      easy work, in the air condition. Just stand around and talk to people for 9 buck and hour

      I enjoy working for American Family Fitness.

      Welcoming environment. Recognition of employee performance at meetings. Open to ideas from employees in all departments. Facility kept clean and professional.

      Cons

      There are monthly meetings or every other month, which are mandatory. Family memberships are not included for employees (but single memberships are). Overall, no real complaints.
