Pros
AMARO is a growing company, that gives you all the opportunities to grow with it. Also, it's willing to improve it's relationship with employees every day. They take the team's feedbacks very serious, and do things to make employee's life easier and bureaucracy free. The environment is very young, so it's a great place to make friends and socialize - happy hours! Every goal reached is celebrated, which keep us with very focused and motivated.
Cons
The communication between teams in mutual projects could be better. People sometimes leave everything for the last minute.
