      good company but lot of cliques - no chance at success but 100% fault is yours

      Pros

      Difficult to find positives - except that you can get chance to work with some good people who would be willing to share their knowledge and experience

      Cons

      Ok. Projects are clique driven. Chances of getting praise is low but can get blamed for things going wrong. People can come after you for no reason except that they can. No help in making a success out of it.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great, I enjoyed going to work each day even when times were tough. The freedom to direct my career was good as well.

      Cons

      Lack of work made it difficult to expand my career, I really don't have any negative feed back for the company though.
