      Good company to work for , pay always on time and with really helpful supervision

      Not many O+M contracts in the North Sea

      Pros

      Dispatchers and Mechanics are great. Equipment is OK some new trucks and some old ones. Quick response on breakdowns. Office personal tries to help also

      They want you to take risk and yell at you if you don't.. Too many favorites. I've seen them fire people that did something wrong but one of their favorites can do it and much worst and still be working for them. Owner always on your case even if you did nothing wrong
