Pros

- AXA is a prestigious insurance company and has been the global leader in insurance for the past seven years. - Financial Executives enjoy unlimited earning potential - AXA likes to spoil their top performers - Career-pathing is fast paced - You are equipped with up to date gadgets and tools to make sales easier - Health card

Cons

- They don't set proper expectations during the hiring and training process. - They make you jump through so much hoops just to get your unlimited earning potential. Each bracket of potential income is gated with unrealistic figures. - Any part of your minimum quota that you do not meet in one month, is added to the next. If you do not hit your minimum performing standard within 3 months, that can be grounds for termination. - The fast paced career-pathing can be a double edged sword. Some people are promoted before they are truly ready. - The company does not understand what an over-saturated market is. - Poor communication between departments. - They like to set unrealistic goals and wonder why people choose to just jump ship.

Pros

There are some people who have worked here a long time who are nice. The company offers lots of 'benefits' which you could just as easily find by searching for discount codes online. There are a lot of internal oppurtunities

Cons

Recruiting directors who haven't got a clue Bullying Work loads too heavy The culture is too traditional and only focused on making money This is definitely not a 'people' focused company There is a lack of trust and therefore people don't work in an agile manner even though AXA profess they do There is so much focus on saving money that they make stupid decisions such as making you take a 4 hour train journey instead of driving for 30 minutes They do not value their people at all
