Pros

* Working with games is a unique experience. Not for everyone, and it's not "playing games for a living" but it is fun at times. * If you like to check under the hood and see how games progress in development, you'll enjoy it.

Cons

* Moving up with the company feels hopeless * Likely not to become a permanent employee if you're on a contract * Very disorganized onboarding * QA not allowed to talk to Developers, creating a lot of issues that could be avoided. * Activision only cares about COD and Mobile games. If you work on multiple projects, they'll bleed together fast.
