Great culture and people. Lots of passion about the product from all sides of it. Customers are fantastic most of the time as well.

Cons

Not the greatest communications between departments and limited growth potential depending upon what career path you wish to follow.

good atmosphere, nice colleagues, meeting different cultures

Cons

For the localization office there are no perks or bonuses - no free food, no snacks no free drinks. If you work for them in the US is different. You are really at the bottom of the pyramid here. No possibilities of growing in the company, just small summer project. For higher positions like project manager etc, the company prefers outsources and hire people who don't understand anything about video games and games industry , rather then invest on the talented people who already work there. High expectation, Low salary, tons of overtime ...
