      - work life balance - fun place to work - laid back work environment Lots of new products rolling out and the sales team is about 5 years behind on checks and balances so there is no red tape when it comes to creativity.

      Was an exciting time with plenty of opportunities. Lots of new deals and some great people to work with some of the time

      Cons

      Was a bit bureaucratic with mixed leadership. When things started to go wrong plenty of people were let go or left.
