Pros

Casual Work Environment and Great group of people. Have the option to work from home some days, and the Pay is pretty good if you negotiate it from the beginning.

Cons

The job isn't very challenging and isn't for everyone. Its tough times so moral is pretty low because of the lay offs.

Activision is a leader int eh industry and is Financially stable

Cons

Acitivision's entire business plan involves miking their franchises for all they are worth until they run them into the ground. Making quality games is not the goal, the goal is how to exploit their games for maximum revenue. they have become the evil empire of the gaming industry
