      Pros

      Ability to work on major marketing beats for Call of Duty. Surprising amount of creative freedom. Incredible collaborators in the Creative Marketing depeartment.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime due to poor planning. Employees forced to remain contract and missing out on benefits. During this time there were lots of toxic people throughout the company.

      Global Analytics as a whole is a joy to work within. I feel supported and surrounded by other kind nerds who like video games.

      There's a little uncertainty as to how things will change after being acquired by Microsoft.
