Pros

The workload was not heavy. It was rare to work overtime. A great chance to meet different people from different countries.

Cons

The salary was low(very close to the basic salary). There was no opportunity to be a game designer or engineer. Tester->Tester Lead->QA Lead is everything you can do, or you can be a translator. Moreover, the work visas they provided were very limited.

Pros

I was on the Call of Duty team. I thoroughly enjoyed it honestly. It was remote and I worked on a PS5. The pay started off slow because it was a contract work at first but then they ramped up to $21 when we became full time employees.

Cons

I'm a black male so I didnt experience much. But I know they had a sexism scandal going on at the time. The only reason I left was the pay, $21/hr isn't enough to build a life in Austin and there wasn't a tonne of upward mobility in terms of pay. At most you could be looking at a bump to $25 if that much.
