Pros

Great games and teams are involved. A lot of nice people to support you when you need.

Cons

Leadership is focused on revenues and not employees. Structure has changed a lot and many local offices are about to close

Thanks for offering this feedback. We're glad to hear you feel supported by your colleagues...we have some of the best. We care deeply about our employees, which is the reason we work hard to offer fair compensation that meets or exceeds industry averages, as well as excellent benefits, and more. As our business changes and grows, we must evaluate and make choices that keep our company strong for the benefit of all. We understand that change can be difficult, but please know that our leaders carefully consider every decision to keep our company strong for all of our stakeholders, especially our employees. We'd encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR representative about specific issues.

Company is managed and driven by finance team which is targeting revenue that is always short term. There is not much innovation here. No new games developed

Thanks for taking the time to share your candid feedback. At Activision Blizzard, we are proud of our ability to adapt, innovate, and deliver the best and most engaging gaming experiences. Amid the unprecedented disruption of the pandemic, our extraordinary employees demonstrated our ability to innovate quickly for our players, based on their needs and what they ask from us. Thus far in 2021, that has included the release of Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!, the Diablo II: Resurrected tech alpha, and the blockbuster launch of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3, and we have a lot more in store as we expand our ecosystems to allow for more cross play and innovation. As we continue our mission of connecting the world through our games, we will continue to deliver shared moments of joy for our players and fans around the world. Again, we value your feedback, so if there's anything more you'd like to share, please reach out to your manager or HR representative.
