      Pros

      75% of the year you’re guaranteed overtime hours and pay as they throw hours at you non stop. It’s very structured and you’ll have lots of like minded coworkers.

      Cons

      They won’t stop adding hours. You end up working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week when launch day is approaching. Taking a day off is like submitting your resignation letter.
