Pros

Financially stable company. Very fast paced environment. A lot of fun to work for a video game company. Always new projects to work on.

Cons

Work life balance can be very poor at times. Very unfair rewards and recognition system which is mostly based on popularity within the company. There's very little in terms of career development opportunities for most. I recommend this company only to those seeking their first professional job. Once you have a year or two of experience, move on.

Pros

Everything that we needed to know was taught to us by a skilled person. Parking pass is a plus too.

Cons

The people there are not friendly, they have a very stuck up attitude like if you're beneath them. Also, after taking a test to become Q&A you might not even know if you passed by getting things right or just because they chose you.
