- Customer Success is basically Customer service - No investment is made in their staffs education or retention - Very low pay, considering industry standard and company turnover - Unfair hiring practices - Psychological warfare with regards to job security - Middle Management inexperienced, sadistic, power tripping - Burnout is guaranteed from workload and the stress of having to manage your manager - Inconsistent strategies and ideologies across all of management - Inability to change roles within the company and explore - It is all about politics and optics of situations, not reality - All the good employees leave after 2 years, high staff turnover
