      Salary No stocks Monopolized technology decisions by a few Not much focus on research Slow to embrace battle tested tech Too conservative and effectively slow, if you have higher delivery rate or more productivity, you will absolutely not enjoy it here Team coordination is very weird at places, some good people left due to this Too slow implementations, though they are still faster than others in the sector. I guess, in the country of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. Tendency to drive things to point of no return and create big fires for stupid stuff. Then create big projects out of them for sensationalism. Tendancy to keep ambiguity by VPs and CTO Clear favouritism in some cases Nosy people with a lot of opinions but not ready for actual work or contributions Saturated with juniors and effectively lack of sophisticated and long term approaches
