Still a great place to get a foot into payments and skill up technically if you have little to no experience

Cons

The last year or emphasis on 10x and the influx of new people during the same period resulted in significant cultural and functional changes that is eroding Adyen’s value proposition as a culture-first company. As soon as the market improves, expect a mass exodus.

- totally biased company that tries to be diverse and open and they only care about their people in Amsterdam - they sell some cultural values that doesn’t exist when you see internally - everyone is alone to work. Don’t expect to receive help
