Amazing and innovative product that employees are extremely proud of. Great company values. CEO, CCO, COO, CFO are great leaders. Not super corporate in the negative sense of corporate, i.e. not bureaucratic.

Cons

Growth and scale problems are prevalent. Employee recruitment and retention issues are increasing in field offices. Lack of processes can leave a lot of ambiguity for career development and clear paths for personal success.

- Culture is shifting. Company has gotten bigger, but without checks and balances - Toxic senior management. Favoritism is rampant, lack of oversight allows poor judgement and pettiness. People not in their club often disappear suddenly. - Senior management and those they favor are rarely in the office, 3 days a week for everyone else. - Lack of career growth, average compensation
