Account Managers are usually kids a year out of college who are given other children to manage. Don't believe the lies during your interview process. Unless you are walking into a situation where you will be lead by a seasoned Account Manager in a established territory your long work hours will usually not be justified until your second year working there...if then. The benefits are horrible

Horrible follow up with contractors. Once they assist in getting you a job, they don't appear interested in providing help or guidance if an issue arises. Once your contract has ended, you never hear from them again.
