Pros

It was nice to work for Iqor through Aerotek. Iqor has good employee attention, as well as Aerotek. I was hired thruogh Aerotek and we received an introduction about the conditions and in general there is a good working environment and I made good friends there. I enjoyed it.

Cons

I just spent no more than one month and I was called by cellphone to tell me that that was my last day working for Aerotek. I was noticed when I was in a Bowling Center so it was noisy and I couldn’t understand most of the things the lady told me. I knew I wasn’t accomplishing the established norm. So I think I was fired because of that. I never got late, I was easy goning with my coworkers, I was striving to accomplish my norm, so …

Pros

-A few good people work here. They can train and mentor you pretty well. -The job that awaits you after Aerotek. Aerotek makes any job after this feel like the greatest.

Cons

Too many to count. Really screwed up cult-like management. They will find out something about you (a lack of a father figure, former traumatic adversity, etc) and use it against you in order to motivate you. They belittle you in front of the entire office in meetings regardless of your stature. The women in the office are treated poorly in my opinion which explains the overabundance of males. I've seen women cursed at, received sleazy comments about clothes, and treated in an inferior manner. The managers are extremely cutthroat when it comes to employees dating in the office. I've worked at plenty of companies that function very well with employees dating. But it's a huge topic of discussion at manager meetings since they will fire anyone in a secret relationship. This makes the whole office feel like a school. What makes this ironic is that half the managers are in relationships with various people around the office. The actual business can morally bankrupt too. I've seen recruiters lie about position lengths, qualifications, and locations. The place feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. This on top of a 10 hour workday that amount to nothing and a VERY shady hourly to salary pay structure create the perfect worst work environment.

Pros

Seems to be a commitment to doing things the right way. Large company- gives you access to contracts out of other locations, giving you a leg up to break business Flexible work environment- no one is over your shoulder watching every move you make. You are expected you hit your goals and they expect you to be responsible for that

Cons

Favortism- you can be fired for not hitting your goals- yet, other people will be in line for a promotion, even if they are not performing as good as you Inconsistent disciplinary actions Politics- there is a lot of them played here.
