Pros

Strong and enjoyable company culture: Very young and energetic. Everyone is very bought-in to the corporate values. Great experience building: -If you are interested in a career in sales or recruiting, this is a great place to break into the space if you have little/no experience. Not a ton of direct training, but they will make you get out of your comfort zone and build good experience being on the phone a lot. The skills you are required to develop are very relevant in most industries for sales and recruiting. From my experience, it is common for young professionals to use this company as a "spring board", and management is aware of this. Salary: Once "earned" after an hourly "training period", base salary pays very well for entry level positions especially.

Cons

Boarderline micro-management Accountability is valued highly, so much so that you may be asked to check in on your goals for the day - set by management - constantly through out the day. They are big on giving "feedback" and they give it very often. Some might not work well with this management style. "Smile and Dial" There is a heavy emphasis placed on call volume, you may even find yourself being asked to call candidates that have - sometimes multiple times - displayed a strong disinterest in working with an agency, or candidates who's resume's are 10 years old, as it is part of their model to reach out to candidates in high volume. This can be exhausting and motivation reducing for some. There was definitely a sense of distrust in the air in my experience. Very high turnover for recruiters and low/mid level AE/Managers The total adherence to the corporate goals and values felt ingenuine. I felt that my colleagues and I were not especially valued, almost as if they were squeezing us for all we were worth, and then disposing after total exhaustion. While I felt the experience was valuable, the overall management style in my office was not something I would like to return to.

Pros

Good culture. You learn a lot that can help you in your next career. There is nothing more I can think of...

Cons

Burn and turn mentality, they don't invest in their people. Management doesn't appreciate or respect their recruiters. There is no work life balance at all. You will be told you are an asset and appreciated, but you are only as good as your numbers and when your down life is miserable. Be prepared to spent 55+ hours on the office and be on your toes while not at all times. Even when your on vacation your putting out fires. The pay seems good, but not for the hours your expected to work. When you leave, you wonder how you ever worked there..

Pros

Spent 6 months with Aerotek and that was all I needed. Learned a lot and was able to get a better job in terms of hours, salary, work life balance and able to work with higher caliber people

Cons

730 am - 6 pm are the required hours. Long work hours do not guarantee a successful work day.
