      Pros

      Compensation is nearly 2x my last role. Brilliant talent. Remote flexibility is amazing. Work/life balance is a real priority. Company values of belonging aren't just lip service, they actually carry over in all the little ways, which I've never seen before. Solving challenging and complex problems. I truly do like my job, and would like to stay here for a really really long time.

      Cons

      The vibe is a bit more serious than I expected - people have a really strong commitment to craft, and there's less joking around than I've experienced in past organizations. And (the flip side of the benefits of remote flexibility) it's a bit difficult to feel connected with coworkers given how little I see them IRL (I'm in NYC)

      Pros

      -Flexibility to work from home (this might vary depending on your manager) -Free catered breakfast and lunches (buffet style/bentos/usually extremely healthy food fyi) -Skill development courses are available -Healthcare benefits (reduced to 80% but still a benefit) -Trying real hard to be recognised as a tech company (ground control staff try their best to make the office as tech-like as possible)

      Cons

      -Poor leadership (young managers who have no experience to lead a team) -Favouritism is largely seen for promotions (no KPI given for core work in an operations team) -High level of after work hours bonding -Lack of transparency (random selection for project roles, no visibility on major projects, feedback is not advised)
