Pros
The people are fantastic, very kind and optimistic. This is a critical piece when the going gets tough. The company is growing rapidly so there are many opportunities. The benefits are great and the food program is just really nice.
Cons
The rapid growth also means that there's a certain level of uncertainty or lack of organization. It's a direct trade off between flexibility and efficiency.
