      Pros

      I have had a really good run when it comes to choosing great companies to work for.. this one does not disappoint. As a matter of fact, it's the best experience of my career. Support, encouragement, challenge, growth are all things that you'll find here.

      Pros

      - Working with people that have the same goal, a clear vision and mission. - Multi cultural, diverse and interesting. - You feel like you are part of something big. - Empowering Founders that practice what they preach. - You feel like you are actually moving the needle every day, making an impact to this company that you truly believe in.

      Cons

      - For me, being with a fast moving organisation is a definite plus, though I can see this being a challenging place to work if you are used to a perfectly structured 9 to 5 place work environment. You have to live love and breathe Airbnb.

      Pros

      I love it! What we're working towards, the culture, everything is what I would like to stand for. It still has startup tendencies so you are able to try new things and see what work and what doesn't to improve business development in specific markets. The culture is amazing and I love everyone i work with (amazing job recruiting) as well as the enthusiasm that we have in the office space.

      Cons

      Considering that it still has startup tendencies it does change often and projects are left halfway done, which can be frustrating.
