Pros

The talent is incredible, from the art provision through to the production team. They have hired some of the best from across the industry. The progressive way they run the business. It has come strides since the early days, and there is now solid structure, process and a professionalism to the way they are growing the business. Open door policy for all upper management and SLT. In an industry such as games you can't be complacent and they shift and adapt to ensure we all have secure, engaging and fulfilled roles. Benefits are really good, and reviewed each year with employees in mind, all leave is enhanced in some way. They offer flexible working, and remote working. They also offer menstrual leave which was introduced years ago rather than it being a box to tick like some do now. An open blame free culture is emerging and a nice sense of collaborative way of working. Amazing career pathways and development opportunities. Transparent and open salary bandings.

Cons

Being remote can have its down sides. They are growing, although steadily, so it does mean some things remain work in progress. However I see positive change happening constantly which is reassuring.

Great company to work for. Artists are dedicated, hard working and very talented. Nice to work for a company that cares about it's employees.

Cons

Few issues here and there but nothing to really complain about. No company is perfect, but Airship are dedicated to making themselves better.

You get to work on big production, although it's all outsourcing gigs, so a lot of the boring hair, retopo & UV stuff.

Cons

Bad environment, lack of professionalism, incompetence.
