- Lots of different and great projects to learn from. - Lots of opportunity to grow and advance. - A company that loves to take on new ideas and practises that come from employees, which also provides proper credit for doing so. - Negative reviews on this company are from arrogant former employees who loved to badmouth co-workers, egging on co-workers to quit, lying about the company culture to new employees - thereby giving them more stress, and more. Clearly also someone who did not have the necessary experience to tutor new people. Imagine going on Glassdoor with the sole intention of putting up a bad review on a company you clearly didn't excel at.. Sad.

Cons

- Timelogging might be useful for higher-ups but puts a lot of stress on artists who are needing to meet a deadline. - Higher-ups need to be more onboard with letting certain people go - who have previously been given multiple warnings both inside and outside the office.

Pros

The people here are amazing. As a woman in this industry, its not always been easy, but Airship has truly been a supportive studio with none of the gender oriented issues I've faced in other studios. But most importantly, it is filled with really nice, kind and super talented artists. There is a few really awesome producers and the management has been really good to me.

Cons

Location is not perfect for young people, but it is a really safe and lovely area that suits me well. I really don't have many bad things to say, this place has been really good, there are very few issues and the management team addresses things quickly.
