Pros

Global - Travel, Salary/Pension/Benefits acceptable for the size of the company. Some committed and valuable staff members

Cons

Senior Management disinterested in the views of local staff. Very arrogant. Strategy of bolt-on acquisition poorly managed with limited technical oversight.

Pros

Working with good people who want to do their best,

Cons

No real progression opportunity within the UK , all mid management roles have moved to Amsterdam, recent salary has been benchmarked to national average , rather than chemical, limiting everyone's financial potential , now a "just average" company to work for , yet expect "exceeding expectation" as the normal for average wages, cultural shift seems to be towards a hard hr model
