Pros

Market leader. Dynamic and inspiring UK manager (not the corporate CEO from Amsterdam). Multi national. Lots of opportunities for those inclined to network.

Cons

Soulless corporation does not care for its employees and does little to no investment in its people. I basically trained myself to do my job. Red tape galore. Monolithic and not agile. Also recent focus on profit means slashed investment in perks. Goes through regular "restructuring" which basically means redundancies. Finally a real lack of leadership. Unlike the CEO departments are lead by project managers with little to no people skills so inspiration is a rare commodity.

Poor Work Culture and Environment

Pros

This company is good in terms of reputation and brand

Cons

However, when it comes to work. This company has a poor on-boarding process, no proper induction or download of work is being shared. There is no value of Process specially in GBS Pune office. The Management doesnt have any decency to talk on floor and very casual and lame conversations happen from the managers end.
