      A great challenge......but what's happening next

      I have learnt loads. Very challenging and supportive managers who like to stretch people and teams. Leading the change in the category.

      Cons

      Current restructure is a strain and unclear. We recently lost a highly supportive, strategic and motivating Marketing Director which has left a void in the team and at board level. Now looking like more people will follow.

      The company has a good 401k match.

      Cons

      A lot of changes happening with the company split resulting in uncertainty of the future. Management posts jobs internally and indicates that everyone is open to apply even though they already have a specific candidate in mind.
