qc lab tech

Pros

good benefits, 401k with 6% match. flexible on time schedule.

Cons

qc lab is really old (Sometimes no AC/ HEATER) strong smell of MEK. Some paints smell really bad when they do solid test, cause headache to many. There is favouritism system in QC lab, and many new employee quit their job very soon. When you work there, you are technically destroying your health. You will see discrimination in qc lab.

Pros

Truly a global company,Competent pay and perks, good work life balance.

Cons

Constant change, muddying the waters, shifting strategies, top management short sighted with no grasp of situations in actual plants/sites. Tick the box approach.AN has become too big and lost control hence have been in firefighting mode for almost 3 years. Decisions that are being taken will only make it worse in the long term.
