Pros

Paycheck and decent insurance. That's about all.

Cons

This is the most mis-managed company I have ever worked for. Short sighted planning, poor decision making and when management finally gets around to actually making a decision it's usually wrong! They do not care about their employees at all. Old antiquated manufacturing techniques and old equipment. Management is a revolving door, promote unqualified people to "fill in" on important plant senior level management jobs because they cannot get anyone to stay once they actually hire someone. Management is always confrontational with Union hourly employees. Prepare to work 6 or 7 days a week EVERY week, no work/life balance. Two tier wage agreement which creates resentment amoung hourly employees. Poor planning, poor manufacturing processes, the list goes on.

Pros

Good benefits, matching 401(k), good people

Cons

Restructuring has corporatized what used to be a worksite of people who the company cared about.
