Pros

The company has lots of great people throughout the company working diligently in all areas to make great products and make sure that they comply with the laws to which they are subject.

Cons

Its difficult to advance within the company once you have been stuck in a job for too long and you don't have a good manager helping to move you ahead. Despite consistently good reviews and compliments from colleagues throughout the company, management makes it nearly impossible to move to the next step. Those who do get ahead see to do so more because of popularity than good work.

Pros

there are some very talented people within the organizations benefits are good when comparing to other similar companies

Cons

advancement based more on who you have befriended than the quality of your work. work life balance is tricky, and getting worse with constant systems changes upper management too far removed from production sites new forced systems have added nothing but inefficiency at lower levels - tools to do your job are not available. too many initiatives flowing downward without those above understanding how the actual processes work.
