Pros

Akzo Nobel is a Great company, with professional teams, a strong focus on quality and sustainability, and many development opportunities for it's staff.

Cons

Though Akzo Nobel is a very good company to work for, it is a large and 'corporate' organization. As result, at times, you will face 'silo's' inside the organization.
