Pros

Great company to learn, all the employees are open and will try to help you to develop yourself. Used to have great benefits and a competitive wage.

Cons

Very hard to build a career, almost impossible to be promoted and often new employees will be hired for higher positions instead of promoting and investing in older emploees.

Pros

Solid company with strong diversity programs. Typically employees are given lots of leeway in developing the best approach for their particular roles.

Cons

Does not pay particularly well and their work life balance tends to be weak. Particularly now with the re-organization, there is a lot of ambiguity.
