Pros

Great 401K plan. They give 3% automatically, then match up to 6% on top. They offer Flex spending as well. Life insurance, and dental are available and very cheap. Company picnics and Christmas party that are a blast. Everyone actually lets loose and you get to know who people really are. Overtime available. Pay is about average. They bring in lunches or Ice cream quite often. There are opportunities for advancement. I would recommend to a friend if they needed a job, but this is not a place to make your career. It's a stepping stone.

Cons

Morale is declining daily. Most of this is due to a high turn over rate. They have very strict rules and if you break one "life saving" rule you're fired. If you make a mistake, you will be drug tested on site and fired if it's positive. They have gotten a bit out of hand on safety. Almost to the point that they are unsafe. Health insurance premiums are a bit high and annual raises are a bit low. Usually your raise will be just enough to cover the increase in your insurance premium. Premium is about $68 per week for a family. 1500 deductible and 5000 max out of pocket. Last year the premium was about $58. You may encounter mandatory overtime. Production worked mandatory Saturdays for about 2 years with only a few weeks off here and there.

Pros

Very good company to work for in the UK. Good salaries for the industry and good benefits. The company offers you opportunities of evolution.

Cons

the atmosphere has changed dramatically over the last 2-3 years which makes it a less enjoyable place to work. It is now too much driven by the headoffice in holland
