Big business, big brands, room to make a name for yourself if you push. Generally friendly.

Cons

Lots of change recently lost a lot of long term staff. Atmosphere likely to completely change in the next few years.

1, Nice team member and they are all willing to coach interns 2, Flexible working hours and working place 3, Ample training and enough practice

Cons

The location is little far from my place and the travel compensation is fixed based on distance. So you may pay for the transportation expense by yourself.
