Pros

This company has a pretty good match for your 401K and a really good short term disablility policy. Great place to get training.

Cons

Once you get a job here, you are basically stuck in that job. There is no job progression, many of the Houston sites still run off the "good old boy" philosophy - unfortunately - I am not a boy.

Pros

Highly skilled professionals , with commitment for quality. Global company with a pragmatic business approach. Multicultural environment with tons of opportunities to share meaningful professional discussions.

Cons

Constant company strategy change that leads to wasted effort and frustrated employees. Company values , while really good , still working their way through to be assimilated by all employees in their daily performance.
