      Very cooperative team, one of the fastest growing companies, learning involved , global exposure to its employees is provided . also training is given from time to time

      Cons

      Not a very good paymaster , Its a good company to start your career with but then at the end of the day money matters and Akzo Nobel doesn't pays its employees well as compared to other companies in the same feild

      Relaxed work culture. Good benefits. Nice support in terms of development.

      Cons

      Salaries are fairly stagnant. There has been a lot of change lately. People have been let go as well as people have voluntarily left. A knowledge gap is increasing because the people with a lot of experience are leaving and are either not being replaced or are not being replaced with employees of similar knowledge.
