      An absolutely terrible company to work for - the worst of the worse!

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, nothing more.

      Cons

      The management is terrible, they talk about things like core values and internal development while all they do is wear you down and promote based on friendship and good ole boy systems. The only reason this company is so big is because of the acquisitions - it does not create lasting value.

      Pros

      Akzonobel is a global company with diverse cultural values. At times certain local sites would not be as good as their other major known locations or sites but that never means that company is bad. I still admire to work for it in future also.

      Cons

      Sub-Continent Areas especially Pakistan needs a lot of emphasis by the Akzonobel global management directly instead of just depending the local management.
