Great culture So many opportunities. I got promoted and moved twice within the company. Learnt a lot and met great people, cannot talk enough about how awesome this place is.

Cons

Lost my job there after 7 years due to a restructure. I cannot really call it a con, it was more of a disappointment. Forever an Akzo loyal employee!

Pros

Very work-life balance, in fact it's more towards "life" than it is towards "work" itself. Very low turnover rate. Non-tangible benefits.

Cons

Due to having a "positive" culture in the workplace, people are so laid back and chill therefore couldn't find "growth" and "challenge". And with that the paycheck isn't very competitive, however other non-tangible benefits are; e.g., annual leaves, etc.
