Hello, and thanks for taking the time to write a review. We understand that by it's nature, shift work can be stressful. With the well-being of our employees in mind, Allianz Care offers a number of tools and services for colleagues to successfully manage stress. The first of these is our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which staff can avail of counselling over the phone or face to face, provided by qualified professionals. This service is paid for by the company and is available to all staff. We suggest that you reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner if the type of work you are doing is causing you stress. In addition to the EAP programme, the company provides training to help build resilience in terms of dealing with health information or cases that can be somewhat distressing. The 'Work Well' programme is available on the intranet and has been complemented in the past with seminars and talks in Park West. Please check the intranet and keep an eye out for future events. Another touch point provided by the company is LinkedIn Learning, which is available to all employees.
