      Ineffective Leadership in Marketing

      Pros

      Despite some negative reviews here, the CEO seems ok.

      Cons

      My time in Market Management has been punctuated with sexism, favoritism, and ego-centric decision-making. I think the work is created to please the biggest ego in the room. There seems to be little motivation to improve or change the status quo due to fear of retaliation.

      French claims Officer ( lies)

      Just lies , never been contacted after the interview

      I have done an interview for the French claims officer , I made the English test and all the interview on phone 2 to 3 times , I have told that I will have an answer in December and then later on in January, I sent emails to know about an update ( the job was in Dublin) and I’m really upset about the company and if you c ant continue at least you should rest the other party and answer them ... I will never recommend anyone applying to work with Allianz Dublin ( Ireland)

      The internal politics resulting in friends of management being promoted and members of staff being bullied or fired due to not meeting unrealistic expectations.
