      Time off in lieu in this company is good for people looking for more holidays. Starting salary is not that bad and increase every year.

      Cons

      Old style management. Team leaders have no knowledge, only push the team to meet the target. lack of Career development

      Pros

      Monthly travel allowance. Steady job. Canteen on location. Partly subsidised VHI health insurance. Really can't find another one!

      Cons

      7 day a week dress code. Horrendous location. Promotions are focussed on people, who have been with the company the longest. Administration jobs are monkey jobs, but the company can be choosy with whom they recruit because of the job crisis. Intimidating HR. Lots of senior staff progressed without really having any job knowledge. CEO managing the company as if it was a little family run business.

      - Salary ok without shift - Learn a lot if manageress doesn't interfers - Do little or nothing if close to management

      Cons

      - Manageress DOES know nothing about product. - Loads of Bullying, Intimidation and Favouritism - Manageress does care about keeping the bosses happy instead of customers - Loads of customers complain about the services. - The closer the employee to the manageress the little pressure s/he has.
